its not rocket science-I usually fold a piece of thick paper, or thin cardboard(matchbook cover), and stick between brake pads-you can take front or rear wheel off just as you do with any other bike.

most bike shops will have several spacers laying around and will hand them out if asked, I have a couple on my bike stand I use when washing bike
