I have used cotton and tech fabric ones from various makers and no issues with any of them though I will say the Paul one I have is a bit smaller than I would like for my head size and another one from a local women's team and awesome vegan bakery is a bit small but I have a larger head then probably those who would generally be wearing it in a more official capacity.
Interesting because when I flip up the bill of my Headsweat cap it pushes back my Giro Synthe a little bit.

Not that big of a deal and I forget it is there as soon as I warm up.

I'm starting to like wearing them more, especially for gravel and if it is going to rain.
