Bikes: Cannondale CAAD9, Ritchey Breakaway Cross, Nashbar X-frame bike, Bike Friday Haul-a-Day, Surly Pugsley.

The biggest problem is bill down. I can’t see out from under if the helmet is positioned correctly.

Caps are clearly more useful without helmets.
