If your brake pads are all one piece and not cartridges, then you can use Kool Stops that are self-contained, just a pad with a stem on it that comes in threaded and non-threaded.

Tiagra Brakes: does not appear to come with a cartridge (holder)
105 Brakes: same as above
I guess I'll just have to get the self contained brakes. Anyone know if Tiagra or 105 calipers requires thread or non-treaded stems?
