Hello!

I have an Team Raleigh competition bike from 82. My left brake lever fell off the other day when I was bicycling and I noticed I need to replace the part that the bolt screws into the handle with (some type of expansion metal thing). I need help to locate this part, or even just the name of it, as my googlings cannot find the part needed. The brake lever is not attached by a binder but with a bolt into a hole in the handlebar where this extension thing resides.
