I'd have to say i don't see much of value there, just a mixed bunch of mid-to-low end stuff.
The blue Cannondale MTB and the dark red Miyata are probably the 'best' bikes of the lot, and they're complete, which is good.
One thing with bikes, is that an old bike doesn't neccesarily have value because it's old. An old, cheap bike is still a cheap bike; Drop bars and skinny tires dont' automatically make it a Racing Bike, it's usually just an old ten-speed.
If you're trying to fix up old bikes to sell, especially low-end 'department store' bikes, it's best to try to put as little money in to each complete bike as possible. Even at the cheapest, putting on a new chain, tires and cables will cost $40-60 (retail) which, may exceed the sale value of the bike in question.
It's also a loosing proposition to try to 'save' every bike that comes your way. I don't really 'flip' bikes, but i've done a few charity bike drives, and what i do is take the 'basket cases' and harvest the parts to complete some of the bikes that are in better shape.
WRT to your Schwinn hybrid, not to be rude, but do you know that bikes come in different sizes? With that lay-back BMX seatpost, and flipped-down stem, it looks like a guy who's 6'-7" trying to fit on a bike designed for someone who's 5'-6" Again, not to be rude, but whey you see a really unusual setup like that, it usually means that that's not the right bike for that particular rider.
