Tim, I come from a background where hi viz has been mandatory for work for many years. If you don't toe the line and purchase your own hi viz work wear, you're given a truly dorky looking mesh vest to wear that proably wholesales for about two bucks. While my cycling is only casual/exercise, wearing hi viz is natural to me. In order, if nothing else, not to be run over by the peloton, or a baby buggy
