Doubt an RB series bridgestone would've come stock with altus, that's a mountain bike group, and I doubt it even existed in 1980 (Deore came out as a dedicated touring group in 1981)
If it has stem shifters it probably isn't as nice as any of the models you listed. I'd say flip through their 1980 catalog if you can find it.
