Ummmmm .... Giant makes its own frames at its Giant-Merida factories,.Giant doesn't need to rebrand anything.

This is a cheap bike made in Malaysia. That is neither good or bad. It does explain why the company doesn't show up on Google---different languages and in some case, different alphabets.
Shimano has a factory there, too---maybe so no-shipping discounts?

The no-name parts are probably just what they'd be here---basic in-house designs of basic parts made with basic materiels.

I'd be a little uneasy about the aero seat post-- I have heard about a few companies who didn't get the clamping right, and it's not like you could by a replacement from a competitor,

Looks like ... just a normal entry-level mass-produced bike..
