I'll try to reach them tomorrow, but in general what do you think? Should it be sent back or this issue is easily fixable? I'm just losing $70-80 anyway if I send it back, maybe it's enough to actually go to NYCewheel or bfold or any other authorized Dahon shop in the city to get it fixed and to get scratches painted over or something.
