Perhaps the shop that you buy from can help. I would be surprised if Specialized didn't have a DI2 install kit or assembly of port covers and plugs. On some of the project One Treks we see a bag of spares come with them. Not all of the extra bits are used as the bike might need the DI2 ones or the cable ones. Andy
