I think Cannondale uses a proprietary BB standard--PF-30, i think.

The spindle 9the shaft sticking out of the right, drive-side crank) is 24 mm on a Shimano crank, 24 tapering to 22 on SRAM and FSA (if I recall,) and Cannondale is just stupid. Wheels Mfrg. makes all kinds of adapters and replacement BBs and threaded BBs to avoid press-fit for those who prefer more weight and reliability. I'd go to their site and check out what you need. I am pretty sure unless you use approved Cannondale cranks, you will need to replace or adapt the BB.

looks like thse would be the replacement BBs https://wheelsmfg.com/bottom-bracket...ano-black.html

As far as I can tell, the Eccentric BB is to convert to single-speed (https://wheelsmfg.com/bottom-bracket...nks-black.html)

I'd do an online chat with Wheels staff to sort things out.
