I carry everything in an under (now larger) saddlebag as well. To the OP, don't you find the Topek top tube bag hits your knees when riding out of the saddle/grinding? I removed mine, although I have to admit it was convenient.

No, I don't hit the Topeak top-tube bag with my knees, but I did need to add extra velcro to ensure the straps didn't hang out to the side (where i would brush against them, which was irritating). I don't stuff the bag full so it's only about 2.5 inches wide, which is only a little bit wider than the top-tube itself.
