Personally I love the 2015 Road Logic, but it does have some issues:
-Tires larger than 25mm can be a tight fit. On mine I run Conti GP4000S2, a 25mm in back and a 23mm in front because the 25mm hit the bottom of the fork crown.
-Campagnolo chainsets fit very tight to the chainstay. I have maybe 1.5mm clearance between the inner chainring and the stay.
-It's a bit on the heavy side (mine's 19 lbs ready to ride w/o bottles,) but really not bad for an inexpensive steel frame.
-Everyone seems to love the color when they see it in person. I'm constantly cleaning their drool off the bike.

I absolutely love the way the bike rides, enough that my beloved Damocles got bored and found a new home.
If it fits, and it looks like it is great shape, I'd grab it for $500.
I wish I could get one with the new tire clearance in the color of yours. Heck even a good deal on that vintage might work, with a new fork for bigger clearance up front. If you can fit a 25c Conti on a Hed+ that's legitimately 29mm probably.
