Fall is coming! Lovely clear, cool, sunny morning, another great day for a bike ride. (And here I'm sitting at work.) Saw the first ironweed blooming in a patch of scrub -- that probably means the ragweed will be following soon, and I'll be spending a small fortune on antihistamines.

(Wonder if I should invest in whomever makes Zyrtec in my retirement account. I could squirrel some money away now, while I'm working, so when I retire I can still afford the darn stuff when I retire!)

Stopped at the hardware store downtown to get a few keys made. I was a bit unlucky and drew The Kid to help me, instead of one of the grizzled old men. As a result, it took 2-3 times as long to get the keys made as I expected, which got me behind schedule. Still, it looks like the keys will work, which is why I wanted to go to the hardware store instead of XMart -- at least they train their Kids downtown!
