Don't take the disagreements on BF too seriously--no one here knows what will work for you and really can only tell you about our experiences. Maybe something rings a bell with you and it ends up working but don't be discouraged if that's not the case.

Keep riding and keep posting! And don't listen to anyone who thinks less of you if you can't quit smoking now.
