Why is my disc brake so weak now?

So recently, I was adjusting my calipers and I guess I accidently touched the rotor with my bare hands and got some oil from my fingers on it. It started squeaking extremely badly, so I wiped down the rotor and the pads with 70% isopropyl alochol and now it’s silent and sounds like a charm.

My problem is that, now, my brakes are considerably weaker. I can clamp down on the brakes and the wheels would still slowly move. It still has braking power, just less now. What could I do to fix this?
