Now that you know what bike you want and the size, check out the other bike stores to see if they have them priced less. Toga's high end and everyone knows it. Go out to the ass-end of Bklyn (Coney Island Ave. & Ave. X?) and see if they have the same bike for less. Then start haggling. Have 'em throw in pedals, a jersey or bike shorts, a discount on a helmet, some water bottles, free maintenance for a year or two, whatever you can get.

Or, buy a similar frame w/ "lesser" components and upgrade as needed.
