Don't have a close look pic, but I think you can get an idea - it is very stable and stay in place since uses the same mechanism as in quill steam.
It is plastic frame and is holding well for me (2nd year). Mirror area is big enough and is very easy to adjust the angle on the fly when you want go drops, or more relaxed position.
Won't fit if you have a bar end shifter....
