My wife had a Trek Navigator which was a nice bike for casual riding. She would like to ride some of the bike trails here in Ohio with a lot of them being 20 miles or more round trip. While her bike is fine for maybe 5- 10 miles I know I wouldn't want to pedal it for 30 miles. It's fairly heavy and has fat tires like a mountain bike has. My Specialized Sirus is a much better bike to pedal longer distances. So now I'm looking for her a used hybrid which will be faster and easier to pedal longer distances.
