I think so, too. When it happened to me, though, I kept going, because it was slow - it would have been OK if I'd "crashed" and fell off the bike when I was only going about 4-5 mph up a hill - I'd have been relieved. And then, once I got to the top, it was actually very comforting to be able to pedal easy and roll straight as my vision got back to normal, and I kind of got the feeling that if I stopped pedaling and got off, I'd only stagger around like a dope, collapse, and not be able to get back up.
