Actually we ride between 30 and 40 miles daily with a few 50 or more mile rides while on motorhome trips. So yes average 10k miles/each/year. It does pay to be retired, live near the Withlacoochee State Trail in North Central Fl. Plus tour New England riding trails there during the summer months. Oh, and I'm not in the best of health either. Have been living with CHF (congestive hearth failure with an EF (ejection fraction) around 30 for the past 7 years.... I have my little pocket protector in a form of an ICD should any big problems pop up. So far it hasn't seen the need to fire up.....
