Thanks, and the vast majority of my walking is utility walking, often with a relatively heavy backpack, and often up and down hills because that's just the terrain here.


Also, those kilometres don't include things like the 200 metre round trip to the toilet at work, all the stairs I climb, getting up on commercial breaks and walking around the house doing bits of housework or whatever, walking between classes or in stores, etc. etc.
