What it is a promotion for is the fantastic service that the Dutch train system provides for bikes. Travel on just about any train in the country for the princely sum of Euro 6,20 per day! (for the bike - you're extra ). No boxing. Can oftentimes leave all the bags on the bikes. A maximum of a couple of steps to mount to enter/exit the train, depending on the train, and most stations have lifts to the platforms.
True but the image is a little crazy.

I like that you can sometimes take bags on bikes. That seems cool, I might have to visit there sometime.
