Its for sure at home depot, Canadian tire, etc. Its just self fusing tape- home repair stores will have it.
I use a couple wraps of electrical and then a few wraps of self fusing tape. Sometimes I stretch the self fuse tape and sometimes i keep it mostly unstretched. Havent figured out which is best.
