Those conversions are great ! I decided to put 700c wheels on my Trimble carbon frame. I used a Paul Component Moto brake on the rear wheel, as this brake could adjust to the larger size wheel. On the front I have a carbon 700c fork, with cantilever brakes. Right now I have 35mm Pasela tires on it, but can run knobbies or narrow road tires. Salsa Delgado rims, XTR hubs.
