Ironically, considering that it came out in the Oughts, I was trying to think of it for the "fixed gear boom bikes" thread but am sorry to say my memory ain't so sharp anymore and I couldn't remember its name.

Speaking of declining memory - IIRC for a year or two wasn't there also a really nysss Super(?) Paddy Wagon made from better lugged tubing and pretty high end bits? Does anybody else here recall that?
