Get both bikes. You will get your money back if you are patient. You might even want to keep the Peugeot. They ride very nice. This is the one I have now and a thousand dollars is not enough to get it away from me...
I took your advice......I got the Peugeot and the Frejus and a box of goodies. Probably over paid.....years from now, will it matter? Probably not. The extras included a couple of very cool free-wheels, including a Caimi and Cyclo Competition; I have never heard of these. Also, some cool shoes from the 60s; Mafac tool set, Shimano 600 Arab. mechs, some stems, Campy rings, old head light, NOS German brand spokes; Campy bar-end shifters. Lots of odds and ends I have yet to identify. Also, included were an extra set of wheels; German brands wheels with Campy high flange. So, lots of extras for future projects. I will post pics, if anyone is interested in the outcome of this 3 month quest. Thanks..
