Last evening continued the 30-15 experiment. Lasted until the uphill section where in an attempt to carry speed, through the curve leading in, I hit a potato rock and washed out the front. In a stunning display of adequacy, I kept it upright, but lost all momentum again.

i like this bike, though. I’ve got no doubt having a plus tire and 5in travel allowed me to save it. Though I also think a more aggressive tread wouldn’t have washed out so much.

Today coming in feeling merely ok and running late, stuck to the road and shifted as much as I wanted.
