Good looking out. It does appear to have a very slight bend in it, like they rode a heavy person on it once to often.

If the TT is straight and your into a project, I'd offer him 50/60 bucks. The frame is pretty desirable. Any idea of the tubing? Is it your size? Do you have a group on hand to slap on it it?
