Building up a Schwinn Worldsport from the 80s. I want to swap the 27"s for 700c. Any reccomendations for on the cheap wheels? Should I keep the old hub and build/have someone else build a wheel on that or go with a new wheelset altogether? Anybody know anything about these?

I test fit a 700c wheel and the front brake fits fineso I don't think thats an issue.
