Countries: Canada, Australia, Taiwan, Japan, UK, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, USA
Sleeping: Campgrounds of various sorts, B&Bs, Cabins, Hotels, Motels, Hostels.
Spending: It depends. It varies widely.
Also, some of the cost includes flights, trains, ferries, and sightseeing (museums, tours, etc.).
There's also the cost of food.
And insurance.
