Next time this happens, try squeezing the brake lever a couple of times. I have found that sometimes, especially if the pistons are dusty, they don't fully retract after a hard downhill with lots of prolonged braking, but a couple of lever squeezes resets them. (In other words, I don't think it is necessarily caused by rotor warping.)
