Is there a tactful way to tell a fellow rider that they need new nicks? (Riding Shorts)

I was heading to work this morning and came up behind another commuter. I guess he had no way of knowing that when the lycra of his nicks gets stretched across his butt it becomes quite see through.

I really didn't need that. I'd just had breakfast.
