I saw the thread title and didn't open it to read it. I have two torque tools each at different limits. Bought big one for car work -- including head bolt work for a new one on the Delica. The other has bike desire limits, but I rarely use it for those -- fingers get a good idea using usual bike tools such as the hex keys, even if out on the road or track.

Fortunately most of our bikes are old enough to precede the current messes that current designers think should apply.
