Update!! I might have gotten a major clue from my wife herself!
I was a little sneaky in my approach, but asked her for her opinion on colors for a colleagues fiance who rides, and then showed her pics of the Argon18, a Cannondale, etc.... but NOT the Cervelo. I asked her all else being equal (price, components etc.) which one she thinks is nice? She said they looked ok, but something bright "like a full bright red bike" would be more to her tastes!
Like I said, she has no idea about the Cervelo (which is completely red for the most part), so I think this really answers it for me! Wish me luck!! I'm going with my gut!!!
Good luck! Take extra step and replicate her fit on OCR (assuming it fits her). You can do it yourself if you are handy wih bikes or you can take her OCR “for tune up” and ask shop to copy the fit
