I just try all the stuff I have in that particular drawer until I get something that works well. Absent that, I buy a sealed unit in the proper threading and length, and call it good.

Sorry I can't be more help, but over the years they really did so many variations on cups and even on bearing size and number that I don't feel qualified to advise you.
