Perhaps the best thing is to talk to your repair shop about specific costs.

I assume you're putting on new decals. It may well be $50 per decal. Whereas painting both stays, and maybe some accent striping would not need the decals.

On the other hand, painting one color of paint would be easier than three.

I kind of like the pinstriping on your bike, although the burnt orange does look nice too.
