Gasoline. Sersly. plus it cost's less per gallon than Goof Off, and if you have any leftover you can run your snowblower.
Rarely do I contradict anyone on the forum, but, seriously - gasoline. Foolish and dangerous advice to offer anyone. No offense intended.

As for removal, if the glue is similar to that used for stickers, just get a hair dryer, warm the spot up and roll/rub the gooey stuff off.
