As far as the shorter TT length, most of the difference would be corrected with one size longer stem, so that's no problem. My Colnago came with a stubby 90mm stem. Even with my short torso and plenty of saddle setback, I use a 110mm stem. There's nothing wrong with a 120 or 130 if you need it.
Both bikes have fairly tall head tube lengths, so getting the bars low enough might be an issue.
Thanks. Yeah, this bike comes with a 110 mm stem (both size 51 and 53). I know that the geometry is more relaxed and less aero, but to be honest my flexibility is really bad and I do t think I could hold very aero positions for a long time. I guess could make both work as you said. Either the 51 with a slightly longer stem or the 53 with a slightly shorter stem.
