That's a good question. It reminds me that back in the 1950s some companies had policies against hiring Jews. Proctor and Gamble was one, and they started to develop a laundry detergent called Dreck. Since there were no Jews there, no one knew that it's a Yiddish word for sh*t. Unfortunately, someone warned before it came to market. If it had gone to market, they would have gotten the punishment they deserved.

On the other hand, Kona is not suffering properly for their error. Why don't you complain to them?
