I have no dead bodies and I do not think GMOs pose any direct threat to human health. However, I think there are serious potential ecological risks, especially from the strategy of creating pesticide resistant organisms. Viruses move genetic material between species in the wild and are, in fact, the vectors used in laboratory gene transfer. Thus, there is a risk of getting resistant weeds or other nuisance species, to name one risk. Once an organism is created it is there. essentially forever and accidents will happen.
