Nope. Not much room in my brain for music during a TT. It’s hard to think about much more than continually checking on HR-Power-resp rate/quality-RPE. It’s like a scroll in my brain, just assessing continually to try to ride the perfect edge of as-fast-as-possible-without-blowing-up.
And then as the line approaches, I wonder why time has suddenly taken upon itself to defy physics, and move 3 times it's normal speed.
