I had a problem with a dealer called Reid where i purchased a bike from back in 2015 - i bought a medium size when i came to pick it up they had a small prepared for me ... i told them i ordered a size M but the guy told me it's too bad that's the bike i paid for so it's either take it or leave but no money back .

Anyway 6 months transpired I met a different guy there and he told me to bring the bike back - he gave me full refund and told me the other guy was sacked 3 months ago.
