Some of the Ironmans I've seen on craigslist were still wearing Avenir saddles, shaped pretty much like the Selle Italia Turbo. I assumed those were the originals.
Those saddles were on the expert where as the masters had the turbos.
Looking at some pro triathlon events it was just about anything. I haven't seen anything specific for Dave Scott or Mike Pigg but alot of the other pros were using these. Oh wait in one video Pigg seemed to be on a pink Bio turbo but, he was on a Basso not a Centurion.
