The reality is that neither educating motorists nor trying to round up and educate all cyclists (herding cats) is the right answer...

But effort made on both fronts, rather than a single front will yeild more results; two heads thinking about the rights of each cyclist, rather then just the cyclist, or just the motorist.

Education of cyclists is a good cause, but co-operation by all users of the road is a more complete cause.
