PC? you will need one of these: ANT USB Zwift will not work with Bluetooth without a phone also connected to Zwift.
There are a crapton of workouts available for Zwift: Zwift Workouts And while there are some training plans, if you know what you need to work on, you can search and use the Zwift workouts as you see fit.

You will still need the ANT stick to communicate to and from your PC to your trainer.
