What was your final selection?
I can ride hours on this saddle no matter what others say. Five hours riding and I still do not feel any discomfort. I would not mess with leather also because you have to worry about it getting wet. Not worth the trouble in my mind. I tried the Terry line of saddles based on the folks I have ridden with. They were ok and worked better than my stock saddle, but I wanted a saddle that I did not think about on a long ride. Meaning it never caused pain that I was aware of.
