Sorry to jump way to the end, but in that incident with the woman who intentionally hit the cyclist, he was already positioned where probably all of us loser beta dogs who hug the side already ride, but the lady didn't think that was far enough to the right.

So what on earth would make anybody think that if he'd been riding further left the driver would not have done what she did. She would have done it all the more. And if all the cyclists did it she'd probably be in prison by now because by now she'd probably have killed a few.

In other words, he was already in the right hand side of the road where she wanted him to be, but it sounds like she has such a personal problem about cyclists that she wouldn't be satisfied until she never saw them anywhere at all. Somebody like that would NOT get used to cyclists in the road if they all road in the center. Somebody like that needs therapy.
