It is a Cesare track bike from the 1990's. It was retired from racing and my friend gave it to me as it was sitting in his garage never to be raced again. I added brakes, bottle cage mounts and ran the brake cable through the top tube. I also made a custom head badge to memorialize my son. I have about 25k miles on it and love it.
